EEC Lincolne Scott assisted The Royal Orchid Sheraton 5 Star Hotel with the refurbishment of the hotel main entrance, lobby and adjacent all day dining restaurant.
Rosewood Hotel, Phanom Penh is owned by VATTANAC Capital and managed by ROSEWOOD Hospitality Group.
The construction consists of 39-storey + 3-basements is located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
The Hotel will feature 175 guest rooms and suites with room sizes of 33-75m2, Japanese restaurants and bars on the 37 - 39, including a destination rooftop bar, a function hall and meeting rooms.
WSP were engaged for the design and documentation of all M&E Services including air conditioning & ventilation systems, electrical and communications systems, fire protection & life safety systems and plumbing & hydraulic systems by connecting with the existing building facilities.
Central Precooled fresh air is provided to all guest rooms according to ASHRAE62.1 2007 for improved Indoor Air Quality.
A Building Automation System (BAS) that was interconnected with the Energy Management System was installed to allow monitoring for building energy and water performance.
An automatic sprinkler system is provided throughout the building and designed according to BS and Hong Kong standard. Quick response sprinkler heads provided throughout the areas comply with the occupancy hazard.
